To provide accurate mentorship, we collect basic personal identifiers (Name, Email, Phone Number) and detailed descriptions of your bureaucratic or legal disputes. We do NOT store your credit card or bank details on our servers; all payments are processed directly by our secure payment partner (Razorpay).
Your data is used strictly for the purpose of analyzing your case, assigning a specialist, and communicating with you regarding your dispute. We may also send transactional emails (like OTPs and invoices) to your registered email address.
We treat your case details with strict confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing firms. Data is only shared with our internal consultants and necessary service providers (such as secure email servers and payment gateways) to facilitate your service.
We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in to your client dashboard securely. We do not use tracking cookies for targeted advertising.
